Do you want a banana?

It's Sunday, which means not only are few people going to read this today, but also that I don't much feel like writing. Actually, since I've gotten myself on a schedule of posting late I guess most people are going to read this on Monday. Which means someone will read it after all.

Oh well. That doesn't change the fact that I don't really have much to say. Sunday lazy Sunday.

In the interest of attempting to entertain, however, I'll leave you with a song. I'm reading a book right now called Bananas: How the United Fruit Company Shaped the World, and every time I pick it up I hear the following song in my head:

It's Monday in Oz. So I'm reading and that's a creepy frickin' video.

I love both that song and video. I may even be the reason you know it. Then again, I could have nothing to do with your knowledge.

And that book sounds interesting. If you want to do a book trade, I'll bring my The Secret Life of Lobsters when we go hiking next week. Seriously, the book sounds boring, but it's one of the best I've read in recent years.

Did you ever hear that Alvin and the Chipmunks song, Japanese Banana? Be lucky you don't have that in your head instead.

Yikes. Those are some scary-ass clowny-clowns.

It's a funny video, but I had to stop it early. Otherwise I'd have the song in my head for the rest of the day. Then I'd have to bomb your blog or something.

I can't listen to videos at work. Unless it's porn, of course.

That video is kind a creepy.

I haven't had a banana in a very long time, and I don't mean that in any kind of euphemistic way. I just stopped buying them for no good reason what so ever. Hmmm. . . .

I bought bananas at the grocery store Sunday and ate one Monday. I have honored your post.

Mickey, I don't know how you're going to top this one but I suppose you have a whole week to try.

I'll be sure to buy some banana yogurt at the store later this week, since I'm not a huge fan of eating the real thing unless they're super-mushy.
